EXTRA GENTLE/STILLNESS PRACTICES

Yin

Yin yoga invites you to slow down and sink deeply into passive poses, held for several minutes to gently soften and release the fascia—the connective tissue that supports your muscles and joints. This practice plays a vital role in maintaining physical balance and flexibility, while also encouraging stillness, release, and quiet reflection. Most postures are seated or reclined, offering a calming practice suitable for all levels.

Reiki is offered with permission through light, intentional touch to enhance the restful experience.
